Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

  • to cancel your service contract with us; and
  • to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

14 Days Free Return

If the item received has manufacturing defect or you have received the wrong item you may initiate a Free Return Request within 14 days from the date of the item received. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.


Items should be in original packaging, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.

To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund:

  • Shipping labels will be provided by Kiddo Nation.
  • Return the item within 14 days of purchase.
  • Make sure the item is in its original packaging, including all accessories and instruction manual.
  • Refunds will be provided via the payment method used for the initial transaction.
  • Item returned by the customer will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment to check the defaults and to ensure that customer is eligible for the refunds, return or exchange of item.
  • After the assessment if we find out that product has no manufacturing default or defect or the Item got damaged due to the poor handling or inappropriate usage of the product by the customer, Kiddo Nation reserves the right to refuse to provide refund, repair or exchange in such cases.
  • Items received for repair by Kiddo Nation may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired or Refurbished parts can be used to repair the Item.

Looking to Exchange

Should you wish to Exchange an item due to manufacturing defect this can be arranged by simply following our Return procedures and specifying “Exchange” as your “Desired Resolution”.

Do note that Exchanges are an alternative resolution for Returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations.

Extended Product Care/ Warranty

Buy extended warranty of one year that will also make you eligible for returns in case of change of mind within 60 days even if item is opened and used.

Kiddo nation will give full refund or exchange the item if you change your mind or do not like the product or you do not need it anymore within 60 days from the date of purchase.


Buy extended product care at the time of purchase.

Offer applies on selected items.


  • Make sure the items being returned met the above return criteria.
  • Keep a record of receipt and provide tracking number once you shipped the item.
  • Suitably pack items for transport, ensuring all items and paperwork are included. Note that any damage in transit caused by inadequate packing will be at the cost of the customer
  • Post items to be returned
  • In case Kiddo Nation is covering the cost of return, we will send you shipping labels to return the item at our cost and cover delivery charges of replaced item.

Refund policy

  • To be eligible for refund item must be initiated and notified to kiddo Nation within 14 days of purchase.
  • Kiddo Nation will start the refund process once the product has been received by kiddo Nation.
  • Once the confirmation after assessment has been received that
    customer is eligible for refund by our team, customer will receive the refund within 2-4 working days.
  • Refund will be made via payment method used for original transaction.
  • All free items must be returned with the item purchased.
